Update 8/22/2020: I sold the house with this theater back in 2018 but will be starting a new house soon that will include a similar but slightly larger theater. I should have a slab poured within the next few weeks but completion of the house and new theater is still quite a few months out.
Over the years I've drifted away from 2-ch critical listening more toward Home Theater. Although my house in Texas is pretty big it doesn't really have a good room for critical listening. The house was pretty much designed around the theater and in fact it was once said, "You're not building a house with a dedicated theatre, You're building a theatre with a dedicated living space!" That actually sums it up pretty well!
