Construction of a sealed box bookshelf speaker...
Begginning the assembly. The front, top, back, and bottom are all 1" MDF. The sides are 3/4" MDF. These will have the Oak trim glued on top of the MDF later making the total side thickness about 1.25".
Gluing on the Oak trim with Liquid nails the Usher R-1.5 Class A power amplifiers make nice weights to hold things down while the glue dries.
The completed empty cabinet along with the almost completed system sitting next to the matching subwoofer.
